Adobe Photoshop Workshop – level 1

Description

This workshop is a basic introduction to Adobe Photoshop.

It will help you to understand how the program works and basic tasks such as

• Navigation….. Learning the layout of the workspace and tools.
• Image…………. How can you edit an existing picture into a new image
• Selection ……..How does selection work on Photoshop
• Layers ………… How to use layers
• Colour………….What does computer colour mean and how to use it.
• Building a repeat pattern with one design element
• How to build and send a printable design to a printer

How does it work? As soon as payment is received, we will send you a link to an online video as well as your notes.

Together with the video and notes you will receive an assignment.  Once your assignment is completed you can email it, and we will schedule a short online- meeting to discuss your progress. Meetings can be scheduled on Friday mornings or on Saturdays.

Once you are finished with your final design, you have the option to send the design to a printing company or send your design to us for printing.  The cost to print fabric is R250 per meter, for Bon-bon, chiffon a linen-look polycotton or suede. The delivery period is two weeks.
