Do you love fabric and want to learn more? Join me and print your own tablecloth. Learn more about the process of design and printing of fabric.

This workshop is for the person that wants to get more information about the design process of textiles design.  Do you feel daunted by the process. Don’t worry. You are in good hands. I will guide you through the process step by step. Whether you are a good artist or just like being creative you will love this workshop and go home with your own designed and printed tablecloth.

The workshop includes:

• Session 1: Design concepts from storyboards to drawing-
• Session 2: Layout of pattern
• Session 3:  Finalising design
• Session 4: Printing of a 4-6 seater tablecloth. Please note:  Should you want a bigger tablecloth. A R200 additional cost is charged for ‘fabric’ and ‘extra printing’.

Screen-printed fabric remains the best quality printing technique but is restricted to colour. Digital printing is mostly done on synthetic fabrics and natural fabrics need to be coated to be digitally printed. You will get a digital copy of your design, should you want to reprint.
